Cleared land among the trees

A country plot with almond and olive trees, overrun by tall, dry grass. Land like this is unsightly, gets in the way of the harvest and, in summer, becomes a fire risk: it needs clearing before the heat arrives.

A job done with the right machinery, in just a few hours:

• Mulching the tall grass with a tractor and flail mower, including between the rows and around the trunks.
• Working the soil to leave it clean and even between the trees.
• Finishing along the edges and walls, where large machinery can't reach.

Clean, tidy land with the trees free of dry grass: safer in summer and ready for the season's work.
