Data provided voluntarily
Through the website forms (quote request, quote form, "We'll call you back"), email, telephone or WhatsApp, you provide us with: first name and surname, telephone number, email address, municipality, type of client and green space, services of interest, approximate area, condition of the garden, presence of irrigation, vehicle access, location, preferred timeframe, indicative budget (optional), contact preference, preferred time slot for a call back, message and any photos. To understand how you reached the website, the form also records the referring page and any campaign parameters (UTM) present in the address. Requests are kept in a private archive and, if you give us your email address, we send you a confirmation message with a summary.
Welcome discount
If you request the welcome discount (from the pop-up on the site, or by sending a quote request while the offer is active), we process your name, phone number, email, the discount code assigned, the date of your request and of your first visit, the page you came from and your choice regarding consent to receive tips and offers. This data is kept in a private archive that only we can access, and is used to contact you and apply the discount to your quote.
Browsing data
The website server records technical data (IP address, browser, date and time of the request) needed for the site to function and for security purposes, retained by the hosting provider for no longer than strictly necessary.
Statistics
Only if you consent, we use Umami Analytics, which does not use cookies and collects aggregated, anonymous data on visits and certain actions (e.g. clicks on the telephone number or WhatsApp, form submission).

4. Recipients
Data is processed by authorised staff and by suppliers appointed as data processors:
- the website hosting provider;
- private archive of requests sent from the website, discount requests and quotes: Netlify Inc. (Netlify Blobs service);
- sending and receiving emails, including the confirmations we send you: Google Ireland Ltd. (Gmail service);
- statistics (only with consent): Umami Software Inc.;
- email provider and tax adviser, for legal obligations.
Data is neither disclosed to the public nor sold.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some suppliers may process data outside the EU; in such cases the transfer takes place on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Data subject's rights
You can exercise your rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent) by writing to info@cesarinogiardini.it. You can lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
